The people in this city speak lots of different languages. Anything from Kannada to Tamil, Telugu, or Urdu.

Baby Moses

We just learned about the Joseph's Family Comes to Egypt.

Another story from the Bible is about Baby Moses.

After Joseph died, there was a new Pharoah in Egypt that did not like God's people the Hebrews.
He gave the order to kill any baby boy that was born.

One day a mother had a baby boy she named Moses and was afraid that he would get killed, so she put him in a little basket and set him in the Nile river to hide him.
Pharaoh's daughter found Moses and cared for him, and called on a Hebrew helper to take care of him.

The Hebrew helper went and found Moses' mother and she got to raise him without the Pharaoh knowing it was her baby.
