Frosty the Snowman

We just learned about the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

Another famous Christmas song is Frosty the Snowman.

This song was written in 1950 by Walter "Jack" Rollins and Steve Nelson, and sung by Gene Autry.
Rollins was also famous for writing the Easter song Here Comes Peter Cottontail.

The writer Steve Nelson lived in the town of Armonk New York, and every year in that town they have a Frosty Day celebration.
