We just learned about the painting Pine Trees and Dandelions in the Garden of Saint-Paul Hospital.
Another of Van Gogh's paintings is Trees and Undergrowth, from 1887.
During his time at the Saint Remy, Van Gogh made some paintings of the outdoors, that were called sous-bois which is French for undergrowth.
This style of painting was used by a lot of other impressionists, and Van Gogh was making paintings in their style.
