We can break it up into four words:
Your - Το (To) - sounds like TOH
food - φαγητό (fagitó) - sounds like fah-gee-TOH
is - είναι (eínai) - Sounds like EE-nay
hot - ζεστό (zestó) - Sounds like zay-STOH
So all together Το φαγητό είναι ζεστό (To fagitó eínai zestó) sounds like TOH fah-gee-TOH EE-nay zay-STOH.
