We just learned some greetings in Arabic, like مرحبًا (mrhaban) and مع السلامة! (alsalamati) and صباح الخير (sabah alkhayr), يوم جيد (yawm jahid), مساء الخير (masa' alkhayr), and طاب مساؤك (taba masawuk).
To say How are you? in Arabic you say:
كيف حالك؟ (kayf halika?) - sounds like kay-f hah-lee-kah 文A
To respond and say Very good thanks, you would say:
جيد جدا، شكرا. (jayidan jidan, shukran.) - sounds like jay-id-doon jih-dan shoo-krah-n 文A
